As you further your insight on these areas you will likely:

  • Feel a surge of motivation and energy to tackle your emotional eating once and for all

  • See common obstacles slowly start to vanish or be less of a roadblock in your path toward food freedom

  • Develop the certainty that it is possible to leave emotional eating behind regardless of how long you have struggled with it

  • Reconnect with yourself and feel greater kindness toward the younger you who learned to cope through food

What to expect?

  • Each morning you’ll get an email with a new topic to focus on and practice throughout that day.

  • The activity you’ll be prompted to do will take no longer than 30 minutes.

  • Later in the day, we’ll meet for a brief Zoom call where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss, share & ask questions as we engage together in “Looking at emotional eating in the eye,” each day, in 30 min or less.
