It is possible to cope in other ways and feel full
As you further your insight on these areas you will likely:
Feel a surge of motivation and energy to tackle your emotional eating once and for all
See common obstacles slowly start to vanish or be less of a roadblock in your path toward food freedom
Develop the certainty that it is possible to leave emotional eating behind regardless of how long you have struggled with it
Reconnect with yourself and feel greater kindness toward the younger you who learned to cope through food
What to expect?
Each morning you’ll get an email with a new topic to focus on and practice throughout that day.
The activity you’ll be prompted to do will take no longer than 30 minutes.
Later in the day, we’ll meet for a brief Zoom call where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss, share & ask questions as we engage together in “Looking at emotional eating in the eye,” each day, in 30 min or less.
