The the fact that for the longest time we have been relying on food to navigate the ups and downs of life does not have to be a life sentence. You do not have to life this way anymore.

Many years working as a therapist taught me that as women, feeling shame, guilt, and disempowered is not at all uncommon. We can go from feeling so hopeful to only a few hours later beat ourselves up for not “sticking to” the plan we had in terms of food.  

Yet we absolutely can transform our relationship with food. This process of discovery sure takes courage yet it also is profoundly liberating.

  • MODULE 1: SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT

    This module leverages your past experiences and models how to start developing a new relationship with food so that you can get out of your past habits of relying on food to manage your emotions.

  • MODULE 2: IT IS LONG OVERDUE… and now what?

    This module will help you develop a clear sense of why you want to transform your relationships with food so that this awareness sustains you as you make these changes in your life.

  • MODULE 3: YOU HAVE TO SEE IT FIRST.

    This module will help you develop a strong vision of what you would like your relationship with food to look like. A renewed vision is key as it will serve as a guide to your new identity.

  • MODULE 4: KINDNESS, COMPASSION, and STARTING OVER AGAIN and AGAIN.

    This module will help you embody the attitude of caring and compassion we want to have toward ourselves in this process.

  • All live calls will be recorded and made available to you before the end of the week. In that way, if you cannot attend a call live you know you can always watch it in your own time and reap the benefits of the material covered.

  • I consider these 12 weeks as a very robust beginning on your path toward transformation in your relationship with food. This program provides the steppingstones to kick off your transformation in this area of your life. Still, I imagine this is a path that students will likely continue working on after the program is done as we know that in relationship to food, there is not a “once and done” approach.

  • No. The program starts on x/x/xxxx and we go through the 12 weeks all together with no new members starting during those 12 weeks. This has been done intentionally to foster safety and a sense of cohesion in the group.
